If you have Cable or DSL the downloads will take anywhere between 30 seconds up to 3 minutes. So make sure you have enough time to download the programs. If you have dial up or any other slower form of internet access it could take up to and maybe longer than 30 minutes to download the files.
The audio files are around 20 megabytes and are in mp3 format.
The written instructions for the audios are available in Microsoft Word and a text file.
Here are some options on how you can listen to the programs:
1. The best way is with an iPod or mp3 player. If you have one, all you have to do is transfer it onto your player and listen to the audios with the instructions on the page that you are sent to after your purchase.
2. You can play these files straight from your computer or laptop. All you have to do is open the files up after you've downloaded them, and then simply play them. Most computer players can play mp3s. All you have to do is make sure you can sit comfortably or lay down somewhere close to your computer.
3. Another option is that you can burn the files onto a CD and play them from your CD player. If you have a current version of windows, you probably have windows media player. Windows media player allows you to burn the audio files onto a CD. Keep in mind you must have a CD player that can play an mp3 CD. Most modern CD players can play them but some CD players may not be able to play them. Check your CD player to double check. I can also provide the files in .Wav format. .Wav format files can be played from any CD player. However, these files take much longer to download
4. I can provide the files for you in another format if you like. All you have to do is ask and I can make whatever possible accommodations I can. I will make sure you are able to use the programs.
